Audio Guestbooks give guests the ability to leave well wishes, advice, and funny memories during major milestone events. Guests simply pick up the phone, listen to your custom greeting, leave a message and then hang up. It’s simple, memorable and incredibly entertaining. Voicemails are then delivered to you via simple MP3 files as well as an online gallery of social-friendly MP4 videos called audiograms. For an additional fee, messages can also be packaged in physical form on a USB or vinyl record. With this keepsake collection of messages, you can be transported back to the big day at any time. Available in 2 different phone styles with a variety of color options. Photique is based out of Chicago but we ship anywhere within the continental US.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
All Audio Guestbook phone rentals are $300 and include a carrying case, “Leave a message” LED sign, framed instructional signage, custom greeting, free two-way shipping and a hosted audiogram gallery.
CARRYING CASE
All Audio Guestbooks come with a carrying case for safe transport to and from your event. Packed inside is everything needed, from the phone itself, to power accessories, signage and setup instructions. Easy peasy!
GREETING
If you would like to greet your guests with a custom greeting, we invite you to record a short message and we’ll load it onto your Audio Guestbook. If not, a default recording from a professional voice artist will play instead.
LED SIGN
Need to draw guests attention over to the Audio Guestbook? We got you! Each phone rental comes with a beautiful, battery powered LED sign instructing guests to “Leave a message”.
INSTRUCTIONS
In addition to our fancy “Leave a message” sign, we’ve also included framed instructional signage to help everyone understand what the Audio Guestbook is all about.

That’s right, shipping is entirely free! After your event, simply pack everything up in the box it arrived in and use the enclosed pre-paid shipping label to return it to us. It couldn't be any easier.
AUDIOGRAMS
Voicemails are delivered to you within 3 days of the phones return via online gallery as social-friendly MP4 videos called audiograms. Easily download and share your favorites to your social media platform of choice.
Our Process
Audio Guestbooks are typically a mail order service (regardless of pairing with our Photo Booth offerings). No inquiry necessary. Phones can be booked online instantly and availability is guaranteed 1 month out.

We’ve made it quick and easy for you. After selecting your phone model and optional add-ons, we just need your John Hancock and payment info and you’re officially booked.

Record your custom greeting and send it to us within 2 weeks of your event date so we can load it onto your phone. If no greeting is received or needed, a default recording will play instead.

1 week prior to the event date, your phone is shipped out. We offer free two-way shipping across the continental US. You'll receive the phone no later than 2 days before your event.

Woohoo, your phone has arrived! Setup couldn’t be easier. Simply plug it in and away you go. Feel free to set up the included “Leave A Message” LED sign and intructional signage.

After the event, just pack it all up and ship it back to us. We include a return shipping label to make it nice and easy for you. Phones must be sent back no later than 2 business days after the event.

Every Audio Guestbook rental includes an online message gallery free of charge, but if you’re looking for a physical keepsake, we got you covered. Storage add-on’s can be purchased at the time of booking or separately after your event. They make a perfect anniversary gift! We also offer a Dial-In # for guests who aren't able to make it to the big day.
USB
An unlimited amount of messages are loaded onto a custom wood USB that is packaged inside a beautiful walnut box with burlap pouch. Flash drives will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of receiving the phone back.
VINYL RECORD
Your messages are pressed onto a custom 12" vinyl record. If you collect more than 40 minutes of messages, you will be asked to select your favorites or given the option of purchasing additional vinyl records. Shipping can take up to 4 weeks from when artwork/imagery is received.
DIAL-IN #
A great way for family and friends that can’t be there to be a part of your day. The Dial-In feature gives anyone the availability to leave a message from their own phone.

Nope! Our phones are completely wireless and require no outside connection to work, which means they can be placed anywhere! They can be powered by both a wall outlet or included battery pack so you can easily move the phone from one location to the next.

Photique recommends you find a location that is highly trafficked (on a table by the bar, at the welcome/gift table, etc). Avoid placing the phone near any speakers or in the direct line of your DJ/Band to avoid heavy background noise/music.

Absolutely not! Each Audio Guestbook rental comes with unlimited messages. We will send you every voicemail (even the tipsy ones) that is left on our phones for you and your loved ones to cherish forever!

Returns are easy! Simply use the prepaid return label found inside your box. Just make sure to drop it off at your local UPS within 2-business days of your rental date to avoid additional charges.

Once we receive the phone back, we’ll get right to work on your audiograms and have them to you within a matter of days. Delivery of USBs will take 1 week and vinyls 4 weeks.
